100% realized, 200% of exhaustion

The plan pro-forma can be considered as realized in 100%, although not without any minor changes in a chronological order.

PO POLSKU TUTAJ

Since Kuala Lumpur hasn't charmed us that much, we decided that after visiting Langkawi we won't go back back to KL for one another day. We threw away our return tickets to the capital, however we still stuck to the service  of Air Asia - the only thing that was changed was the flight direction - the island of Penang. In this way, during the trip Pingwinek experienced the longest flight of his life (12h Frankfurt - Singapore) and the shortest flight that lasted 25 minutes (Langkawi - Penang). |During the flight, except taking off and landing time, I managed to listen up to 1.5 songs! A strange feeling :)

Malaysian buses have disappointed us a bit. Not in terms of quality (although we tried a both super-vips and super pieces of junk), but in terms of time and logistics solutions. Night buses could easily be caught from major bus stations (... jaya), sorry....bus terminals... :) However from typical tourist places, yes, you could get almost all other tourist sites, BUT only in day time. All in all, because of that we got to know the specific character of Malaysian bus stations by wandering here and there. More about that another time.

We have completed this following very tight schedule of visiting Singapore and Malaysia (25 days):
1. a car ride from Odense to airport in Billund , flight from Billund to Frankfurt and night flight from Frankfurt to Singapore by Airbus 380
2. arrival to Singapore in the late afternoon
3. Singapore
4. Singapore
5. about the noon getting by bus from Singapore to Johor Bahru (Larkin), then catch the bus to Malacca (arrive in the evening) /Singapore-Johore Express & Maraliner /
6. Malacca
7. about the noon getting a bus from Malacci to Kuala Lumpur /Transnasional/
8. Kuala Lumpur
9. Kuala Lumpur
10. the afternoon flight from KL to Langkawi /Air Asia/
11. Langkawi
12. Langkawi
13. the late afternoon flight from Langkawi to Penang, late in the evening we are in Georgetown /Air Asia/
14. Georgetown
15. around the noon getting a bus from Georgetown to Tanah Rata (Cameron Highlands) /GT Express/
16. getting a bus in the afternoon from Tanah Rata to Ipoh, then overnight bus to Jerteh /GT Express & SP Bumi Ekspres/
17. arrive to Jerteh  in the morning, a taxi ride to Kuala Besut, and a fast boat to Perhentian Becil /a privat car & Perhentian Trans/
18. Perhentian islands
19. around the noon getting a fast boat to Kuala Besut, taxi to Jerteh and a night bus to Mersing /Perhentian Trans & Jerteh taxi & Transnasional/
20. arrive in the morning to Mersing  and the first ferry to Tioman (beach ABC) /Bluewater Express/
21. Tioman
22. around the noon a ferry back to Mersing, then a bus to Johor Bahru (Larkin) and from there a bus to Singapore /Bluewater Express & S&S International Express & public 170 & Singapore-Johore Express/
23. Singapore
24. almost the entire day in Singapore, the night flight to Frankurt
25. arrive in the morning to Frankurt and a morning flight to Billund, come back by a car from the airport to Odense.

Including all means of transport we travelled around 24 253 km.
In the air, 22 223 km.
On land 1 909 km (1 709 km by bus and 200 km by car).
And by sea, only 121 km.

Our vacation as usually has massacred us and we came back exhausted. Everything, as usual, has passed faster than a man expects. Pingwinek could travel even longer in this way... finally, they have carried him everywhere ... :)
